Hi, I’m Mags and I am the founder of Magnify Body & Mind.

My mission through Magnify Body & Mind is to help you reconnect with yourself — body, mind, and spirit — through mindful movement, breathwork, and stillness. Yoga is not about perfection or flexibility; it’s about awareness, compassion, and creating space for healing and growth.

I am a RYT-500 yoga teacher and 95-hour Children’s Yoga Teacher with a focus on alignment, breath-centered movement, and the mind-body connection. I continue to expand my education through specialty certifications in Yoga Nidra, Yoga for Athletes, Yoga for Depression, Yoga for Grief, Yoga for Anxiety, Somatic Healing, Advanced Somatic Healing, Sound Healing, Trauma-Informed Yoga, Power Sculpt, Breath Coach, Mindfulness, Barre, and Barre Above.

In every class, my goal is to offer a practice that meets you where you are — whether you’re looking to build strength, find calm, or explore a deeper connection to your inner self. You’ll find a welcoming space to move, breathe, and restore balance at your own pace.
