What the yoga journey feels like…
One day through yoga you will realize
you didn’t have to become someone else –
you only needed to magnify who you already were.
What was once small learned to take up space.
What was quiet learned to speak when needed.
What was hidden learned to choose when to be seen.
You discovered that growth did not mean force,
but focused attention.
Not striving for the external,
but staying true to yourself.
You learned to muffle the noise of the crowd
and hear your inner voice—
the you that has always been there,
the you that existed
before the world tried to define who you are.
What once contained you
no longer does.
You are no longer bordered
by expectations, roles, or fear.
And you learn:
You are not your thoughts.
You are not your emotions.
You are not your body alone.
These move through you,
but they do not define you.
You strengthened the parts of you
that had always been steady –
the breath, the body, the knowing
that lives beneath the noise.
You learned to take pressure
and turn it into presence.
To take doubt
and turn it into clarity.
You get to decide what defines you.
You get to choose what you focus on.
You get to decide what you resonate with.
Now you hear that voice.
Now you can answer its call.
Now you can magnify that voice.
You are not shrinking.
You are not escaping.
You are expanding into awareness.
Magnified awareness.
And in magnifying yourself,
you did not outgrow your past –
you honored it,
and expanded beyond it.
You didn’t change.
You Magnified.
