I’m Mags, a yoga teacher with more than 800 hours of specialized training, including RYT-500, Trauma-Informed Yoga, Yoga for Anxiety & Depression, Mindfulness, Breathwork, Somatics, Sound Healing, Yoga for Athletes, and more. I specialize in making yoga approachable for every body—from beginners to seasoned practitioners and from desk-bound professionals to active employees.
