About Mags

Welcome! I’m Mags, founder of Magnify Body and Mind. Below you’ll find my certifications from NINE different respected yoga, fitness, and wellness institutions. I continue to study because I want to find out all I can to make yoga accessible to every person who wants to practice.

My mission with yoga has always been to make movement and fitness accessible for every body. I have Harrington rods in my back and I had a spinal fusion on the majority of my vertebrae, which has required me to adapt and modify poses throughout my own practice. That experience has shaped the way I teach—prioritizing functional movement, sustainable strength, and supportive options for all abilities.
