If you need to cancel a class, session, or workshop, please follow the cancellation instructions and timelines provided at booking. Breathwork, meditation, mindfulness practices, and yoga may bring up emotional responses or past experiences. These practices are not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment. By participating, you acknowledge that emotional experiences are possible and agree to take responsibility for your own emotional well-being.
If you have a history of trauma, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, or other mental health concerns, please consult with a licensed mental health professional before participating. Magnify Body and Mind nd its instructors are not responsible for any emotional discomfort or distress that may arise during or after the practice.
